I helped guide the development of traq's web-based wireless management product from the early days to one that today supports customers such as Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, Dr. Pepper, GM, Kinkos, and mp3.com. My responsibilities have included gathering requirements, writing functional specs, designing mockups, and working with development toward product releases.
